Payments & Refund Policy

The client acknowledges that fees are paid for highly personalised employment consultation services including an optional phone consultation and individualised writing services. As such, fees are not refundable unless O’Byrne Executive is unable to complete the work due to computer failure or unforeseen events that prevent us from sending through a first draft. Full payment is required prior to any work commencing. Payments can be paid in electronically via internet banking transfer, PayPal, or Stripe (credit / debit card). Payment processing fees may apply for clients choosing to pay via PayPal and Stripe.

Turnaround Times

After a consultation meeting and the collection of documents from the client, drafts of most documents are generally completed within 4-7 days depending on the level of complexity. This is a guide only and individual completion times can and may vary. O’Byrne Executive will provide an approximate completion date when speaking with clients. Any editing and changes will occur after initial drafts have been sent through. All work will be completed in a timely manner subject to computer failure, or other conditions beyond O’Byrne Executive’s control. We cannot and will not be held liable for delays.

Content Reviews

Unless agreed to by a member at O’Byrne Executive, the client agrees to sign off and finalise the resume and any other purchased writing works within two weeks of O’Byrne Executive sending the first draft to the client. O’Byrne Executive is happy to work with the client and make changes when necessary. We do, however, need to be fair and respectfully ask that all change requests are completed in a timely fashion. Changes outside of the review period may be subject to additional consultation and/ or writing fees.

Edits / Changes

Editing and revisions are included at no extra charge. Such changes are included for up to 14 days after completing work on any of our services. Edits do not include producing new content that was not agreed to during our initial consultation. Furthermore, if a client requires significant reworking of documents, additional fees may apply.

If you are not completely satisfied with all documents we have created for you, let us know and we will gladly re-work or re-write your documents until you are.

By using the website, you release and discharge O’Byrne Executive from all liability which may arise, including any defamatory material on any database or relating to any dealings with any work (including software) in which you hold copyright or other intellectual property rights.
